DELIVERY CHARGES
Hops-Collective reserves the right to discontinue, apply new, or modify existing, delivery charges at any time and from time to time. Unless otherwise indicated, any of the following Hops-Collective delivery charges may be applied to any Hops-Collective delivery.
BEYOND POINT
An additional charge will be applied where the origin or destination point is deemed by Hops-Collective to be remote or is not serviced directly by Hops-Collective. Please contact Hops-Collective for details.
REDELIVERY FEES
An additional charge will be applied to any delivery that is required to be redelivered where Hops-Collective, through no fault of its own, was unable to complete delivery on the first attempt. This charge will be applied for each subsequent delivery attempt by Hops-Collective.
REDIRECT IN TRANSIT
An additional charge will be applied to any delivery requiring a change of delivery address while in transit, requested by either the Customer or the Gift Recipient (if permitted*), with the requester having to pay the additional charge.
HOPS-COLLECTIVE SAME DAY DELIVERIES
Unless otherwise indicated, the following Hops-Collective delivery charges may be applied to any Hops-Collective Same Day Delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Hops-Collective Same Day orders are considered “dispatched” after being entered into the dispatch system and after a confirmation number has been provided to the Customer. If a Hops-Collective Same Day order is cancelled after being dispatched orders will be charged the full delivery charge, inclusive of all Taxes and Additional Charges.
REDIRECT IN TRANSIT
Hops-Collective Same Day orders are considered “dispatched” after being entered into the dispatch system and after a confirmation number has been provided. If a Hops-Collective Same Day order is redirected after being dispatched:
If redirected before pickup, orders will be charged the full delivery charged for the new destination only, inclusive of all Taxes and Additional Charges; If redirected after pickup, orders will be charged the full delivery charge for the first destination, plus the full delivery charge for the new destination, inclusive of all Taxes and Additional Charges.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
In the event that a gift/gift basket is undeliverable, the delivery shall be returned to the Hops-Collective and shall be subject to all applicable charges including, but not limited to the Signature Required charge.
For deliveries that cannot be delivered or returned for any reason, title to the delivery(s) will pass to Hops-Collective and such delivery(s) may be disposed of in Hops-Collective sole discretion and at any location:
(i) in the case of deliveries consisting of general articles, where such articles have been in Hops-Collective possession for 20 days or more.
(ii) in the case of deliveries consisting of perishable articles, where such articles have been in Hops-Collective possession for 10 days or more.
OVERWEIGHT, OVERSIZED DELIVERIES
In some cases, some of the items that we ship are oversized or of a weight that is above average. In these cases, additional delivery charges may apply. However, before we apply these additional shipping charges, we will contact you, our customer, to ensure that you are willing to pay the additional shipping charges. If you agree to the overweight/oversized charges, we will apply the charges and ship the package. If you do not agree to the additional shipping charges, we may offer other items which can be shipped or cancel the order.
